After much anticipation, the Nominees for next years BRITs award has been announced.

The shortlist has been confirmed and our nominees are Anne-Marie, Rag'n'Bone Man and Dua Lipa. These artists are going head-to-head to be the next big thing.

The past winners have always gone on to bigger and better things. This is the person the industry thinks will be the most successful artist of 2017. However, we don't know what happens to those who come second or third.

So what have these three done this year? Well Anne-Marie has collaberated with Clean Bandit on their song Rock-a-bye which was number one for nine weeks straight. She also released her first single from her album which will debut in 2017. Alarm was one of her best work and she is rumoured to win this award.

Rag'n'Bone Man released his first single Human which was number one in Germany for 10 weeks before hitting the UK charts. Once his song entered the charts, X-Factor contestants covered his song for the live shows.

Dua Lipa released her song Hotter than hell which placed at 15 on the official charts. She is also working on a new album that will also be released next year. She has also planned to work with Martin Garrix for his song Scared to be Lonely next year.

As you can see, it will be extremely hard to pick a winner but that is why we are not the critics. Good luck to all the nominees and we hope 2017 works wonders for your career.
